From the outside, it looked like I had it all together: a PhD, a successful career in leadership, coaching, training and a reputation for helping others thrive. I had trained over 16,000 professionals, designed programmes and held myself to the highest standards.
But beneath the surface, it was a different story. I was slowly disconnecting - giving more than I had, pleasing more than I wanted to, and feeling a deep, bone-level exhaustion. There came a point when I no longer recognised who I was or what I truly stood for. My life worked on paper, but inside I felt scattered, uncertain and undone - like the real me was almost extinguished, lost beneath everyone else’s needs.
I wasn’t just tired - I was existentially tired. Facing my own reckoning, including a cancer diagnosis, I realised that the version of myself I had built to survive and all the adaptations I had made, was no longer who I wanted to be. In that undoing, I began to meet the real me.
Now, I bring over 15 years of experience in coaching, programme design and personal development, alongside clinical training in psychotherapy and trauma-informed care. My doctoral research explored identiy and belonging, and I have spent my career helping other reconnect with what matters most.
Above all, I know what it is like to stand at the edge of change - fearful, uncertain and vulnerable, sensing there is more but feeling it is just out of reach.
I don’t see people as broken, or in need of fixing. This isn’t just therapy, and it’s not just coaching - it’s connecting with you at a real turning point. I'm here to help you strengthen the core of who you are and discover what’s truly possible.
If you are standing at your own edge, don’t be scared of what’s there. I’ll meet you there.
