PSYCHOTHERAPEUTICALLY INFORMED DEPTH COACHING

I’m Dr. Sian Peer - a coach psychotherapist and guide for professionals standing at the edge of change.  Whether that edge brigns excitement or anxiety, change rarely feels easy - especially when it stirs something you’ve been trying to ignore.

From the outide, I seemed to have to all; a Ph.D, a successful career in leadership, coaching, training and a reputation for helping others thrive. But the truth? I was slowly disconnecting - giving more than I had, pleasing more than I wanted to and feeling exhausted.

What happnes when you no longer recognise who you are, or what you stand for? When one part of your life looks successful, but the rest is in tatters.

I wasn’t just tired, I was existentially tired. The kind of tired that comes from living a life that no longer quite feels like your own - and then realising it.

That moment became the turning point in mt life, and the foundation of my work.

MY STORY

Despite being a coach, a therapist and having trained over 16,000 professionals - and holding a Ph.D in Identity and Belonging, I found myself grappling with the very questions I was trained to help others explore.

Why is it so hard to give ourselves what we need?

I didn’t know who I was. I was committed to others but disconnected from myself. I overworked, overperformed and overgave - chasing meaning, but rarely making space for my own truth.

P.s. Don’t wait until this happens to you. A reckoning. A cancer diagnosis.

I came face to face with my edge - twice. The version of myself I had built to survive and despite how hard she worked, I didn’t like her. Or more truthfully, I no longer wanted to be her.

Everything I thought defined me - my job, my relationship, my certainity, began to fall away. I felt fragmented, unsure, undone. But in that undoing, I started to meet the real me.

I bring over 15 years of experience in coaching, programme design, ,and personal development - alongside clinical training in psychotherapy and trauma - informed care.

If you are standing at your own edge, I will met you there.
